All of the information I share with you has come from my experience and my own research. I am no doctor, but that’s actually a good thing. I will gladly tell you all the things doctors don’t want you to know :)

Very good question. It’s changed so much over the years. Now, I would say it is to spread the knowledge I’ve worked hard to remember, and hopefully you can remember it to.

So basically, as a child your mind is more imaginative and creative, and more in tune with everything. However, as you get older, the education, political, and job system (gov) beats it out of you. You need to find that creativity and individuality once again. It’s your greatest gift; that’s why they want to rob you of it. You’re too powerful with it.

Okay, you got me started. Big fan of Bleach; Ichigo is THAT guy. Honorable mentions are Deathnote, Blue Lock, Black Clover, Attack on Titan, and a lot more. I’ll have to drop more names then.

I’m sorry friend but don’t eat that stuff. I know it tastes real real good, but it’s poison for you. Chemicals, food dyes, and cancer in a box, which causes brain fog, gut problems, disease, and now you’re addicted to it.

I don’t think there is necessarily a best, but you should choose a healthy, sustainable one. If it’s not sustainable, there is no point. If you really want to eat some junk food, eat healthy every week and each Sunday, have a cheat meal, followed by an intermittent fast to allow the gut sometime to digest.

No steroids for me. Natural is the way to go. Most times if you are putting something synthetic, not natural, in your body, it’s going to cause some side effects.
